Galaxy Digital, the crypto investment firm led by Mike Novogratz, is set to debut on the Nasdaq Global Select market under the ticker GLXY on May 16, 2025. The move follows shareholder approval and final listing clearance, marking a pivotal shift in the company’s strategy to attract U.S. investors.

Shares of Galaxy, currently traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange, ROSE nearly 4% following the announcement. Novogratz framed the listing as a "transformative milestone" that aligns with the firm’s mission to bridge traditional finance with digital assets and AI.
